We are happy to carry out contract machining on a small scale for you in our technical centre.
Deburring - Rounding - Grinding - Smoothing - Polishing
We will first sample your workpieces and specify both the machine (trough vibrator or disc-type centrifugal machine) and the suitable abrasives. Each machining operation is individual, the machine is selected explicitly for this process, and the choice of process media (abrasives, polishing media, compound) is matched to your workpiece.
The sample process that you have positively evaluated is then used for contract machining.
Larger batches and series can be processed in our sister company. There, the service vibratory grinding and/or blasting is possible on a large scale. We will be happy to forward your enquiry.
