After wet processing, rinsing (cleaning) or drying often follows. After rinsing, the workpieces are covered with process water and compound, which can have negative consequences for different workpieces and materials. Metals can rust and damage the component, and stains or deposits can form on polished visible surfaces. Plastic parts cannot rust, but stains and deposits can also form here, which impair quality. Drying is the final step that determines the final quality and functionality of the components.
