Training / workshops

Sample processing

In our laboratory we carry out sample processing free of charge for you. You will then receive a protocol which shows the process parameters specifically to your application, including the associated grinding and polishing media. The key to your finish.

Deburring

When casting, sawing, lasering and machining metal and plastic, burrs often occur on the workpiece, which have to be removed for further processing or use for reasons of safety, automation, haptics, etc.

In particular, the outer contours of the workpieces are deburred during vibratory grinding. Deburring internal contours only succeeds with sufficient movement of the grinding wheel inside the workpiece.

Deburring using vibratory finishing is an economical method of adapting the contours and surfaces of the workpieces to the desired requirements.
