Mass finishing means not only delivering the equipment for the process itself, but also making handling easier. For example through our individual modifications, mobile units or standard accessories for the system types. Sometimes specifications, requirements, demands on processes or materials change and you can achieve the corresponding results by making small modifications or changes to the systems. Reach your goal with little effort!

Environmentally conscious waste water solutions

Sustainability is an important issue. In mass finishing, one of the main operating resources is water. As this is a finite resource, we attach great importance to the most sustainable treatment solutions possible.

 

Cascades:

Advantage: solution for smaller quantities, medium service life, very good price-performance ratio

Disadvantage: manual cleaning, comparatively shorter change interval

 

Centrifuges:

Advantage: high throughput and treatment performance, connection of several systems possible, few change intervals

Disadvantage: close maintenance, higher cost factor

 

UP lifting units:

Advantage: double filter function (pre-filtering before feeding into wastewater concept), robust pump technology

Disadvantage: can only be used optimally in conjunction with a centrifuge or cascade, otherwise the UP only serves as a pre-filter and conveying station to IBC containers or wastewater collection tanks
